We’ve updated our delivery service to give you more flexibility and ensure your medication arrives safely and on time. You now have two options to choose from:

Cold Box Delivery (Australia-wide via StarTrack) Your medication will be delivered in a reusable, insulated cold-safe box through StarTrack (courier or Australia Post network). Suitable for delivery to your home, workplace, or local post office Ideal for patients who may not be home at the time of delivery, have a safe place for the box to be left, or prefer to collect from the post office. Maintains cold chain throughout transit. Comes with a prepaid return label — simply drop the box at your nearest post office once you're done. Orders are dispatched Monday to Wednesday to ensure safe delivery. Delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days depending on location.

Cold Truck Delivery (Selected metro & regional areas) Available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and surrounding areas (within approx. 100km), as well as Canberra, Tasmania, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Newcastle, and Central Coast. Ideal if you’ll be home to receive your delivery If you're not available, we can safely leave your medication in a temperature-controlled esky that maintains 2–8°C for up to 4 hours. Authority to leave is required for unattended delivery. You accept responsibility for the medication once delivered. No box return required. Delivery timeframe: 2 business days for most metro areas 2–3 business days for some regional locations.
