Delivery

Delivery - Non Cold

Australian orders will be delivered by Australia Post eParcel or a courier service and may require a signature upon receipt. Please provide an address where someone will be available between 9am-5pm to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office may be necessary. Business addresses are preferable as the receptionist can sign for your order. We do not ship outside of Australia.

Delivery - Cold Medicines

Order will be sent via our dedicated cold chain carrier, you will receive regular SMS on status updates and via our APP our driver will call you on delivery day to make sure you are home. The medication is only transported via specially designed cold trucks and vans.

JustMeds tries to ensure all medications have free delivery but in some instances, there may be a charge depending on the location and type of medication.
